FAQs

Are the balms really 100% natural? 
Yes, OMni balms are 100% natural. They are all free from synthetic ingredients including parabens, petrochemicals, artificial fragrances and colours. The natural colouring agents don't stain and they absorb into your skin over time leaving behind a natural glow.
Being natural means there can be sometimes be a variation in colour. In some cases there may even be a two tone effect e.g. Radiant Zinc Rose Petal.
On the very rare occasion a small granule from the natural colour that hasn’t broken down in the mixing process can be found in a pot.

Where do the ingredients come from? 
OMni ingredients are sourced from New Zealand, Australia, Samoa, Thailand, China, the USA and France, since its not possible to source all the ingredients from within NZ. Hopefully this will change in the future! However the fabulous formulas and the actual making of the final delicious products is all done right here in Auckland.

If it’s natural, will it last? 
All OMni balms have a shelf life of 3 years, and once opened are good to go for 12 months. But I’m sure you’ll love them so much they won’t be last that long! 
Please store your OMni balms below 25 degrees Celsius to maintain their integrity.

Why do some pots look different than others?
All OMni balms are poured into double-walled frosted glass pots while still warm. Sometimes as the the balms cool they pull away slightly from the wall of the inner glass dome, which can give it an uneven appearance. It's a bit of an optical illusion. Rest assured the full amount of balm is in the pot for your enjoyment.

What shipping services do you use? 
All orders are shipped using tracked post (within NZ). 

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

How long does it take to get my order? 
Once dispatched, orders generally take around 2-5 days to reach your address, depending on your location.

OMni balms can be purchased using the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Laybuy (for New Zealand customers only). 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
I hope you LOVE your OMni purchase however if you are not completely satisfied please do get in touch with me via email.
If your OMni balm is faulty upon arrival I will send a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of the faulty product.
The return shipping costs are payable by those wanting a refund for a change of mind or exchange.
